Hello Peeps!

I am loving my Joye 510. As someone who works from home, I am never far from my charger (use one batt while the other is charging). However, I will be going out of town in a few weeks for a conference which will mean LONG days.

I was thinking about about getting a PCC and some Cartomizers to help me get through the long days.

After researching, I'm totally confused!!

Any pointers would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Get the roomy PCC at NoSmokeVA.com (note - if you open the lid you have to restart any charge you were doing). Unfortunately their shipping was sort of slow when I ordered mine so maybe call them first and ask about that.
VPCC Personal Charging Case

NOTE - If you have 510 mega xl batteries than they will not fit in that nice PCC. Instead you need the Joye mega PCC which is metal and holds 1/2 as much. Check VaporKings.com, LiteCigUSA.net,Cignot.com,Liberty-Flights.com and see who has it.

And get 510 Boge soft cap cartos (standard resistance is all you can use on slim batteries) and I am assuming you have eliquid. I also like to use one of their colored plastic drip tips as a mouthpiece instead of the end cap of the carto.
510 Blank Cartomizers

And if you don't have manual 510 batteries, buy some while you are there because autos are more at risk from cartomizer drips. You probably don't want to kill one or more batteries while on your trip.

And practice correctly filling (at least 16-18 drops), cleaning up, lay it on different sides for 15-20 minutes so every bit of stuffing gets damp (if your juice is thicker than 70pg/30vg then you may need to do that a lot longer). When vapor gets light or a bit dry, add juice.

Thank you everyone!! You guys ROCK!

So, in your opinion, between the cartomizers and the PCC I should be able to make it through the 16 hour days away from a plug? Anything else I should get while I'm ordering?

I have two manual batteries, and two attys.

I have lots of juice and ordering more.... I think I'm addicted to trying juices!! LOL

I would not go on any kind of trip with just 2 batteries and a PCC. PCCs are not foolproof.

If you want to be extra sure and just in case you screw up charging with the PCC - for $29 buy a Riva Lite Bundle at Liberty-Flights.com (first click the 20% off in the upper left corner of the front page and that will lower the prices shown). Then look at the Riva 510 section. The Riva 510 Lite Bundle should be under $30. And if you care about having a decorative cone piece that will fit over a carto, then also buy a single Riva 901 cone (it's a shorter cone with a slightly wider hole). You can also buy an Ego button protector clip in the Ego batteries section

If you buy that Riva 510 you would get a pair of 510-compatible 750mah batteries. Its charger cable and attys (LR attys) are only to be used on fat battery models, not the slim 510. I labeled the charging cable to make sure I didn't stick a slim battery in it.

So if I was you, what would bring is

Your 510 stuff, PCC, 2 510 charging cables, 1 PCC charging cable, cartos, juices
One Riva battery, its charging cable
A lipstick case to carry the Riva battery in (I will explain below)

A Rosewill 4-port 2amp USB to AC adapter (to charge 2 510 batts, 1 Riva batt and PCC overnight)
Newegg.com - Rosewill 2 Amp 4 Port USB International Traveling Wall Charger RUC-6181 for iPhone/iPod/iPad/MP3

Re the lipstick case - the Riva button presses in easily and I have trouble getting the Ego button clip to work right for me. So I wrap a bit of foam or folded paper towel around the middle of the Riva battery to make sure the button won't touch any side, and I put it in the lipstick case. Search Ebay for lipstick case, then select the Buy it Now tab, then order by lowest price. Scroll down just a bit to see the cheap cloth-covered lipstick cases.

So if you have a charged up Riva battery with you, then even if you mess up charging a 510 battery or if the PCC runs out of charge, you will have the Riva and if you think it looks funny, you could vape it in a bathroom stall.

If you don't like that idea, then instead just buy one 510 mega xl manual battery as well as the Rosewill 4-port and enough 510 charging cables for all of your batteries, and use the 510 mega xl as the emergency spare you could carry with you.

That's the pcc I recommended to you in your other thread.
