If you have truly only used 0.5ml of 10mg liquid, then you got very little nicotine.
If that's really true, it sure doesn't sound like nicotine overdose.

Not even a never-smoker would overdoes at that rate.
:)

I agree, .5 ml of 10mg in that amount of time is not even remotely close to too much.

Maybe your tank/atty has a close draw and you're trying to vape the same way you smoked, sucking in hard to get that fire at the end of the cigarette to burn the tobacco.

You may also be hyperventilating as a result.

Try to inhale slowly and exhale through your nose. If your atty is adjustable, open up the holes to let more air in in order to create more vapor. Sucking in hard is not going to create more vapor. Smoking and vaping are very different.

So it seems to me since you felt dizzy before vaping that it is something else.

Well I started Vaping yesterday and haven't had a cigarette since yesterday. I think that now that I have seen how little nicotine I must be getting :) I would guess my dizziness was from nicotine withdrawal. Today has been better but I am definitely feeling withdrawals just like I did when I quit while pregnant. I did as was suggested above by Rosaj and opened the draw more. Thanks to all for your thoughts today!

Yup....obviously I am withdrawing from too little hmmmm not sure if I'll just live through it for a couple of days or try and get more nicotine. I felt better most of today when I was probably vaping a bit more often but now tonight feeling pretty lousy again. Sleep should help some :) Thanks for thoughts today

You might be going through the "OMG it's the vape process", what I mean by that is it sounds like you're doing fine by the information that's provided. But in new vapers (myself included) I would get a funny feeling and think "did I inhale juice" "I got some juice on me earlier" "do I have too much nicotine". But I was just going through the normal process of quitting and changing to vaping but was just being nervous because it was all so new. After about a week everything started to normalize and as I grew more confident as a vaper because of all the great info and helpful folks here on ECF it's been downhill since.

Best of luck!
