Open it and smell it. Then close it, shake it like a latina dancer. Repeat twice a day. Your nose will help tell you when it's ripe. And by opening it, you give it a fresh puff of air.

I think VooDoo changes a lot in the tank, as it gets darker and darker. I think it's like making a wine reduction. You vape off the easy stuff, leaving the remnants behind, so it gets darker. You realize this when you refill it. And I think the remnants building up is why you clean voodoo tanks and coils more often.

I also think Oswald, alone, 3 shots.

I loved my first bottle of voodoo, 24 hr steep and it tasted like juicy fruit gum, cinnamon, black currant, vanilla, pineapple, I got so many flavors at different times.
2nd bottle also good after 24 hr steep
FF to my 3rd bottle of voodoo...I dont know if I got a bad bottle, or my buds have changed but it tasted like budweiser and pencil shavings, I keep it steeping and shake dialy, it has started coming around, it is starting to taste more like it did the first time, probably needs another week or 2, it has been steeping for a month.

I can't remember where but I read that Halo steeps their own juice.... IF they have time.

Someone said during their large sales and around the holidays some of the more popular flavors can get "over ordered" and they have to start pumping it out like crazy and sending it out before it properly steeps. If you ordered during this recent holiday season there is a good chance it did not get to finish and come around the whole way.

I'm doing the same thing with my Prime, it tastes and smells like shoe leather at the moment. Everyday I shake it up and give it an hour with the cap off. It is taking forever but it is starting to lose that foul potent stench. Once I can get the smell to seem 'ripe' I'll load it back up and give it another try.

I've got this problem with my prime, longhorn, voodoo and cafe mocha samples. They're all very perfume-y after a week's steep still. I keep hoping every day they'll be vapeable but so far they just taste awful

I've heard the Voodoo can take a month to become really good. But I shook mine well then leave the cap off for 24 hours then shake everyday for a week. Airing them out really seems to help with the perfumey chemical taste in any juice really.

Or get an Ultrasonic cleaner... Reeeeeally cuts down steep times. Sadly, mine finally died off (it was a repurposed one though, so I can't complain too much)

I'd noticed the recent batches of prime and voodoo were a bit younger too... Just been doing the same thing Evie has, shake, air, shake again. Prime is just about there, but my voodoo isn't growing up as fast... Luckily, I have enough of the old batch of both left that I'm still in the clear...

Tapped out on a phone... I think
