Congrevape?

Hello, I saw this recently http://congrevape.com/projects/nautilus-tanks-by-aspire/ . I'm new to vaping, but is this sort of like a "kickstarter"? Like everyone funds it and then they ship it out?

I'm just confused because I was wondering if this was the original aspire nautilus or another brand of it just remade from another company. Could anybody clear this up for me?

It appears to be a authentic Aspire nautilus. However, I am skeptical (slightly). No entity behind the coOP/or group buy. They use paypal but I personally do not know one's recourse in obtaining funds (appears to be a donation) if the group buy goes sour.

Ah thank you for that. I wonder since paypal doesn't support vape purchases, if they support congrevape. Because if I lose my money I don't think I'll be able to report it since it's illegal to their policies in the first place.

I had one successful group buy but it was a small value. Had another one which had issues with the supplier so they refunded. Congrevape seems alright to me.

So it turns out, all of the Nautiluses from Congrevape were clones. When people checked serials, they all had the same ones. They are returning money but damn.
