Suzi, this is just a thought. Tim sends everything recorded so it has to be signed for upon delivery. So I'm wondering if your postman tried to deliver it & you where out, it may have been returned to a local sorting office?
In the UK, a card is left, but I've no idea if the same happens in the USA. Just wondering if it may be worth your while contacting your local sorting office?
