Welcome, FogHawg :)
They are constantly building and update it as often as they can. You may want to PM Rob to find out a rough ETA if there is one, but it's just as easy to use the Notify Me option. As soon as an out of stock item is fulfilled, those who used the Notify Me option are immediately emailed. Currently the shop is producing at maximum capacity, so special orders are not being taken.

I think I've about talked myself into changing my mind & getting a Grande instead of a Mini. From the pictures I'm browsing these boxes are much smaller than I had envisioned when looking at an 18650 battery. Which model is this?

I haven't looked into it deeply, Fog, but I think the Grand also gives you more/better battery options; in the 18650 class (or the 500 kicked). I'm SUPER happy with the size of my Grand and find it most pocketable!

I don't know about "real people" finishing options, but it didn't take much to sand mine down to bare aluminum and polish it up.

EDIT: I forget, what's your Ωs of preference? Have you been doing mechanical?

30g on a micro-coil works great on a mech. (but I wouldn't want to give up my 29 and 28 . . . . . . . . . . . or my 27,26,25) Mech batteries is a topic too. There are a handful that hit solid and don't sag. AW18650 1600mAh (not so much the 2000) and MNKE batts both have a solid rep for low res (1.5Ω and down). My MNKE lasts me from before leaving to work til after getting home (1 batt). I should think the AW 1600 would do the same. The low mAh counts in these high quality batteries allow for low internal resistance and great performance under high amperage draw.
