Considering building my own coils...

I love my trident it's my favorite dripping atomizer but my first rda was a smoktech rda it's a great starter with pre drilled posts. It doesn't have the best airflow design but u can always drill your own airflow. Of coarse if your trying to go build below 1 ohm you need to do your research and get a mechanical with a proper high amp battery

I have rebuilt the protank mini 2 single coil without issues. I also have the protank mini 3 dual coil. My question is, can I rebuild a single coil in the protank mini 3 head? Can anyone provide any reason why this would be a bad idea? I typically stay between 1.5 -2.5 on my rebuilds as those work best for me. I've only been rebuilding for a few months and not really ready to tackle the dual coil at this time.

Of course you can.

Alot of people rebuild their various dual coil heads to single coil.

I am using an itaste MVP with Kanger Protanks. I have started taking out the stock wicks of the Protank coils and replacing it with cotton, since it tastes better and I get more vapor, but these coils don't last long. I am constantly burning the wicks in a short time, even on the lowest settings on the MVP. So I am considering making my own coils and using a rebuildable, but don't know where to start. I would like to know what a good rebuildable tank that uses cotton wicks. Don't really care about the price, I want something that has a good reputation and popular. Can anyone recommend one? I not that technical, so something easy would be nice, not sure if they are all the same with the process.

A good rebuildable tank is got to go to the Russian 91%, I would go for a Fogger V4 for price, and there are many others that cost a good chip.
