Considering two different mods sid vs svd

My local vape store has been talking up the SiD. 100 for the tube, 2 batteries, charger, and evod I think and 20mls fluid. But I can get the svd on fasttech for 37 and some change, a charger for 20 and then some batteries and a tank, ill have hit around the same price. Which is a better mod?

I went with the SVD. It's a really well thought out unit (except the screen and button orientation is better for left handed people). It's well made, telescopes for different sized batteries, the screen is easily read in bright sunlight, the battery cap is designed in such a way it will not dent batteries, the drip well is removable (easy to clean and can be removed if the head you are using won't fit with it on), the main button gives you an idea of the battery status, only three clicks to turn on or off, the settings lock so they can't be accidentally changed, dedicated buttons to control power, and it looks extremely classy.

I was originally going to get the SID, but when I saw the SVD I had to have it.

All i can say is that my sid has been flawless since i got it two weeks ago. Couldnt ask for more. Thats not to say the svd isnt as good. Just havent tried it.

Haven't tried the Sid. My SVD has been solid as a rock, love this thing.

Hope someone owning one of each can chime in with a comparison.

I have the SID. Haven't had it long enough to say much about it yet. Except, it does it's job fine.

I think it's largely about aesthetics. Most people seem to prefer the light saber look. I prefer the look of the SID and the one-button controls.

Both are fine mods, and I'm pretty sure the electronics are more or less identical. Get the one that is cheapest or the one you think looks the best.
