Considering Vapor Renu Flavor Extracts.......

I have been looking @ Vapor Renu's Flavor Extracts has anyone used them

...I know silly question ...you probably all have ...

I'm kinda new to DIY and have only used Lorann's . So I thoght I better ask here b-4 purchasing .

And I do realize that their flavorings are

Hyper concentrated Flavor Extracts emulsified to be 100% water soluble flavorings. This process gives move flavoring than traditional water based flavors.

just not absolutely sure I know WHAT THAT means

There just has to be a way to have some of my favorite flavors in larger sizes with out having to buy 2 oz's of them ......cuz I may get sick of them and ........damnit they are having a SALE !!

I have tried them - I bought watermelon, apple pie, caramel candy and banana nut bread. I am old and have very weak senses of smell and taste. The only one I could taste - even at 50% flavoring was banana nut bread (which I did like). I found the flavors weaker then Loranns or Perfumers apprentice flavors

I like many Perfumers apprentice flavors and many Loranns - they are both strong and fairly cheap. Capellas flavors are good and they tend to have whole deserts flavors that you really just add to nic and pg/vg without making up your own concoctions from basic flavors (which I like to do) - but they are more expensive ($6 for 13ml) while PA is $5 for 30ml and Loranns $5.50 for 30ml.

I've bought a ton from them:

Cotton candy-excellent in every way. I use it at 10%
Banana Nut Bread- excellent and potent at 10%
Rootbeer Float- exc but insanely strong. I have to use 3 drops per 6 ml to be able to vape it- it's that strong.
Gingerbread- insanely strong and spice-y (cloves or ginger) Use at 1 drop per 2-3 ml- it's THAT strong
Marshmallow-Mild and remind me of juice fruit gum. I use 15% with it.
Big Red Gum- excellent and very, very strong.
Banana Malt- moderately strong but very heavy on banana flavor and not on the malt
Vanilla Custard- very potent alone so I use 1 drop to boost other flavors
Watermelon- very weak to me and generic melon flavor- not watermelon-y smell or taste
Raspberry- moderate flavor and very true to raspberry taste and smell. Used at 10%
Grape- potent flavor identical to grape soda at 10%
Butter Pecan- Moderate flavor and very nutty at 10%
Dulce de leche- I couldn't vape it it 10% It was too ashy-feeling in my throat. It felt like brown sugar burning.It's very strong so I really should make another batch and only use a couple drops per 3ml to test it again.
Creme De Menthe- excellent in every way- potency and flavor. 10%
Belgium Waffle- tastes great but I can't get over the odor of the flavoring It smells chemically like the cheap maple syrups do

Uhhh I have more but can't remember them all I love the company.
I've ordered other flavorings from other companies and haven't liked as many as I do VR. I've disliked only a couple from VR but have disliked 50% of the other flavors from the other two big sellers ppl mention here.
The only downside is having to buy huge 30 ml sizes for $6. I wish they sold $2 sizes because I truly would go to town and order them by the 10's then.

The sale is not on the flavorings only the flavored juice. I love the Double Dutch Chocolate and Kahlua and the flavoring is about the same strength as Lorann's depending on the flavor. The peppermint is good, but very strong. The Creamy Coconut is my favorite so far, very nom nom nomish and I went through it crazy fast. The Ry4 is good, the Caramello wonderful.

And yup my wish list is about 10-12 flavors so that would be a pretty big investment in DIY, that is why I was asking for feedback .

I'm now thinking I may do it anyway ...*%#@ it ... It is just $$ right

I can always trade or PIF anything I don't really like ........

any other takers on..... say,... what?? 10 ml bottles for $2 ? or trades .......

I'm at that stage now where I have my hardware under control .... but still feel the need to SHOP & more flavors come to mind .... but I need VG & mainstream juice is just so pricey compared to what I can mix up myself .... so then Flavorings come to mind next ....(already have some 100 mg nic) & some flavors I know I really like ...I have already bought a 2oz bott. of Madagascar Vanilla which is very yummy... but need MORE options!

Well WANT more.... & Loanns is great ! but tiny & I have found it locally & cheaper then @ loanns website,($1.40 dram) & even found 2 oz bottles for $10.80 & $6.99 for 1 oz ...but not much selection on lg bottles .

So to get the flavors I want in 1 oz bottles @ $5.99 is a good deal even with shipping .

I'm thinking I want/need.....

chocolate or double dutch choc
bav cream ..... carmel
gingerbread ..... cream de menthe
peach or peaches & cream
orange-pineapple .... peanut butter
pear .... spearmint

& I wonder about ...toffee dream cream....tangerine-lime...rose water & or violet

I love their flavorings. In fact I bought a gallon and he broke it down into as many flavors as I wanted. I still think that the Swedish Fish is my favorite.

LOL. I also bought a gallon of nic that he mixed at 48mg for me. I bought a gallon of VG and a Gallon of PG from a different site and 2,200 20ml bottles off of e-bay for $100. I think I'll be set for a while.

Sainted, have you tried their Sugar Cookie flavoring? I think that sounds like something that would be a great base flavor to add other things to.....

And I also love VR Creamy Coconut! It's a deep delicious flavor!

Got Chocolate and Vanilla to see what they are like and ended up pouring both down the drain so I could use the bottles....Almost no flavor no matter how concentrated the mix.

For me, it was a total waste of money
