Constant throat clearing, very irritating :(

Hello,

I have been vaping for a year and half now. I use to get my e-juice apolloecigs.co.uk and mostly I would usually purchase menthol flavor low strength 8mg and their juices are 60/40 PG/VG ratio. I had no problem with throat clearing or any irritation.

I switched over to vapeescape.co.uk Grizwald's e-juices after seeing it being highly praised by a lot of members in this forum.
Well, their juices are certainly better in taste and I have used them now for about 6 months, mainly Artic Lemon and Artic Cherry flavor at low strength 10mg and their juices are 70/30 PG/VG ratio.

I like it a lot more then Apollo e-juices but now after 6 months of vaping juices from Vapeescape I'm clearing my throat constantly and phlegm build up (clear color).

The juices from both vendors are very similar in both strength and PG/VG ratio, I really don't understand why it irritating my throat so much. Should I switch back to Apollo e-juices?

By the way I drink plenty of water, and I mean A LOT daily, I'm pretty much constantly drinking water.

Any ideas what the solution might be? its so annoying I want to give up vaping but I know I probably end up smoking analog again if I do.

try vaporrenu.com juices. you can customize from 100/0 to 0/100 pg/vg as well as flavor, strength, vitamins, throat hit, etc. prices are reasonable and they ship quick. if you're having problems with throat irritation, it may be the added pg. try increasing the vg a little and you should be fine. also, if you order from renu, get the triple shot of flavor....they seem to use very subtle flavoring on the single shot, but a triple shot is amazing. i vape their swedish fish and vanilla bean daily....ecto cooler, grape, cherry crush, cinnamon roll....all are good flavors to try. haven't tried any of their tobacco flavors though, because i never cared for tobacco flavored ejuice. if you want to stay with the vendor you're using because you like their flavors, try contacting them and asking them if you can add more VG to your next order. most vendors are cool and will help you out if you express a need for customization.

Could be different pg or vg. Not all pg or vg are created equal. Or maybe you need a more balanced approach. If you like the ejuices you currently vape then try a 50/50 mix and see if that helps. VG can make some members feel a heavyness in their throat and chest. worth a shot.

That, and not all nicotine is created equal. Some introduce more harshness into a liquid than others. You may just need to try yet another liquids vendor and see what happens. If there is something in Grizwald that just isn't hitting you right those particular liquids may not be fixable for you. It could even be their particular choice of menthol flavoring or the flavoring level is just too much. Lot's of liquids to be had out there, no point in hanging on with something that doesn't seem to be working for you.
