I'm no expert on tanks as I don't have a device big enough for one and don't have what my favorite juice is down pat yet. At high voltage I think you will be filling it often and might consider one of the better tanks-- I've seen many recommendations here --there was even recently a high caliber tanks thread like a day or two ago with pictures. I don't know if there is a 3 ohms that comes in an XL carto that could hold more juice or not. I do know there is a pretty affordable option at parkes vaping to give the tanks a try.

Here's the chibi fan!!! I love my chibi tank! I originally bought the $8 xl chibi with the 1.7 carto but now I punch my own cartos with a hammer and nail. I too was constantly topping off cartos, too much like dripping. This is wonderful! I can fill once every day or two and see exactly how much juice is left. I waited quite a while because they were so expensive but for $8 it's a no brainer and I can't imagine the more expensive one work any better. It does take a bit of practice learning how to fill them and set the seal properly. Just read through the chibi threads on here.. watch the videos on how to assemble and fill it. It's easy!

I have a chibi-type tank. And very poor eyesight.

I use a dental tool (but anything slim will work, jeweler's screwdriver, or such) and pull up the edge of the gasket, squirt in juice, reseal it well.
Works for me.
I was taking off chips using a syringe not quite being able to see if I was going thru the actual gasket or near it.

I do use a bottle with a needle top to get it in a small area, but it's blunt, not sharp like a needle.
