The Consumer Opinion Center is starting a new survey for e-liquids in Richmond. This unofficially marks the entrance of Altria (PM USA) into the world of vaping, since COC is owned by Altria. With RJR already in the game, the biggest cigarette manufacturers are both getting into vaping.

So what does this mean now that both of the "big two" are in the industry?

It means the Lawyers are going to be busy.
RJR is already sponsoring bills that will restrict us and give Big Tobacco a solid foothold in this area of consumables market.
