Contact form on the Halo website doesn't work for me :(

The Contact form on the Halo website doesn't work for me

I've tried 3 different browsers, and waited about a half hour for it to load but it never gets beyond showing the drop down list. I can select on the drop down list, but no text box ever shows up for me to send in my question.


Anyone have a phone number or regular email for Halo?

I have a question on my order from last week and would like to contact someone over there.

Odd.

I tried it a bit earlier and again just now when I saw your new post. It worked for me. I didn't actually try send anything, but all the boxes came up as they should. I was hoping that Halo was just having an issue that they resolved since your post yesterday, but all I can report is that it's working on my end.

Well, I have an older computer which may be a factor.

But can't imagine any shopping site creating a web page that only the top-o-the line computers can access. Shopping sites are supposed to be lite and easy web pages.

I've read a few posts on halo FB group about the same issue.

I also recall trying to access it a few weeks back on something else with the same results, so, for me at least, it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Maybe more pple will post here about troubles. If enough do, then maybe someone at halo will take a closer look to find out what the issue is.


I've tried it with firefox, opera, explorer and chrome...all with the same problems.

Never had any trouble with the old site...

Mine doesn't have a video card, other than the crappy one that came w/the motherboard.

Also could be part of the problem.

BTW, Halo responded to me on the FB Halo group page with this...

Hi, I saw that Cinder edited my posts to change the email address I'd given. Sorry about that folks. I was not aware Halo had changed the customer service address from 'cs' to 'support' apparently at sometime in June.
