it tells me before selecting local pick up "where i go to post office and pick it up" i need to contact the shipper, any 1 know why i have to talk to them before i can place my order?

Yes, local pickup means you will go to their store, pick it up personally and pay at that time. They're right next door so that's what I did. They want you to contact them so they can give tell you when it will be ready. They opened a vape lounge a while back so anyone who is within driving distance might want to come and check it out. It's probably not convenient from Philly though.
