contacting the ego co. head office

O.k I'm having major problems getting hold of my ego-t distributor in Australia...
you folk here would know if there is any benefit in going over his head -as such- and contacting the main head office branch where ever that may be to resolve my problem....

here's the thing... I know I'M doing something wrong and would love for someone to sit down with me and slap some sense into me and show me how to work the E Cig...

analog cigarettes in Australia are nearly 20 bucks a pack...

Firstly, what exactly have you got? There are many eGo's. Where did you buy it, and do you have a link or a pic you can post. Finally, what is your problem. There are thousands of people on this forum, and I'm pretty sure that someone will be able to help you!

There are a lot of instructional Youtube videos about vaping that might be able to help you. Good luck and don't give up!
