Like many of you I have been trying to find that "Nirvana" vape ---- for the last three years . I started with carts and progressed through all the filler mods and dripping and then moved on to carto's, which I find easier/more convenient to use.
I recently purchased CE2 Clearomizer's (Electro Vapor) and Dual Coil Carto's (Cdn Vapor) and am passing on my thoughts.

Dual Coil - I ordered these in both metal and clear. They hold a lot of juice and handle 5 volts through my Prodigy V3 with-out getting a burnt taste. My Pro-Vari V/V won't power these above 4.1 volts. On the Ohm meter they consistantly register 1.5 ohms. I have not had any leaking or cracks from the clear plastic models. The only thing that would prevent me from purchasing more of these is the very heavy draw.

CE2 Clearomizer - If you are willing to do some minor modding these things are GREAT. If you aren't in to modding they are a PITA. In their original format it is almost a given that the clear plastic tubing will crack and leak juice- not a pretty scenario, especially if it is down the front of a decent shirt. I purchased both the regular and the XL size and prefer the XL which holds about the same volume of juice as the Dual Coils. The advantage with the clearo's is that you can see exactly how much juice is remaining in the tube. I really like the fact that there is no filler that can char/burn in these and my juices taste very clean and fresh. They generally test out at 2.8 ohm and perform well all the way up to 6 volt on my Provari although I prefer 4.8 volts.
Modding these - (first part taken from other posters on ECF)
Use a 3ml BD brand syringe (I found them at a Shoppers Drug Mart in Edmonton but they are fairly widely available) as they are FAR more durable than the CE2. As best I know only the BD brand has the exact interior dimensions needed. Cut the syringe tube to the same length as the Clearo tube. Screw the Clearo on to a battery and gently rock the Clearo to pull the tube off and then gently slide the syringe tube back on to the Clearo "guts". Video's of this can be found on ECF.
I found that I then had to go one step further as I frequently pull my e-cig out of my pocket by grabbing the carto ----- guess what --- the carto pulled apart --one more shirt down for the count. I fixed this by purchasing 3/8" clear shrink tubing from Auto-Zone. I use about 1/2 inch of this tubing slid onto the carto with a very small amount sticking out just below the metal part of the carto but well above the threads. When the shrink tape is heated it will catch the metal of the threaded end with-out covering (and blocking) the vent holes. Now the carto will not pull apart even with a lot of force.
The BEST vape I've had and well worth the work --- I just wish that the manufacturer had/will improve the plastic quality.

The ones that I am using now do have slightly thicker tubes, but the cracking is still happening but its not as bad as the rev4's.
Generally I use them until I see a slight crack starting to form (at the base) and then do the BD syringe mod. I just cut the syringe right at the 3ml and 0.1ml mark (so basically the full tube), wrap the base of the connector with plumbers tape, slide the tube over it, replace the cup with the filler slots over the ceramic cup, and then use a drip tip on the top.

I personally love the CE2's and will continue to use them. For the performance I get vs. the minor work I have to do on them is okay with me.

One other piece of wisdom that I always hear is you have to find what works best for you.

BD syringe mod = CE2 rev 6. I've done the convert to syringe tube and am on the same page with firechief and zeroith. Although zeroith has a better starting carto with the gotvapes fluxomizer.

If you have an ego type battery the echo-e cartos are worth checking out - 510 Echo Bottom coil cartomizer - the reviews have been all praise for them. They are the 510 world version of the new kr808-d threaded echo PV. Bottom coil fed with no burning on low juice, consistent good vapor, holds 2.5 ml juice.
