convert 510 to ego?

The mega carts have polyfill and holds a lot of juice. The mega cylinder atty has much more vapor than a standard 510 probally only due to the larger coil and bridge because the battery is the same. I use a 900mah battery with the mega cyclinder atty and mega cart and it is wonderfull.

I went on the cheaper cheap and just bought batteries, cone and a charger adapter for my 510 wall charger. I understand it's slower than the USB charger, but I have yet to run out of juice in one before the other is charged.

Perhaps I'm a little slow on the uptake here but I recently discovered that I can pull the cart off the eGo, refill it and put it back on without ever removing the cone. I hear you laughing.

I always did that because I have some cartridges that can't cross the cone hole, but they are a pain because I like to insert and remove the cone without touching the cartridge.
