Converts!

I am proud to say that I converted my mother...a smoker for 40 years! I'm so happy that we are doing it together.

I tried in my first 6 months to lead people to vaping. I bought tons of V4L gear for hubby, son and best friend. But other then my son..who smokes and vapes..it didn't take. I have given out cards..showed my vapor kings off and given so many "what's that" talks..hubby knows the drill by now! But I have found that if you don't do the research, decide to give it a "Real" try and want to quit or at least cut down..you fail.
I think part of the process is this forum as a follow up..kind of an AA with attitude!

So far, two people......... a friend and the guy who cuts my hair. I don't have many friends who smoke any more and only one family member - who is very young - that does. I'm hoping she becomes more curious. Money is a big issue for her, so when she's ready I'm going to get her started.

I am still hoping for my 1st convert. I'm not a very sociable person ( yes, I know it's hard to believe, but we cats walk alone. Well, unless we need a good scratch under the chin. Behind the ear is good too. Oh, what the heck, go for the tummy too!!!! Purrrr....)

Anyway, a just about the time I found V4L, a friend fell in love with the Cigarti starter kit I had. She loves the 'skins'. A couple of months down the track, she really hasn't made the change, but I am hopeful when she uses them on an upcoming cruise (you can't smoke in the rooms and she's a get out of bed & smoke sort of person) that she will see the benefit and try V4L too.

I've introduced about 5 people with lender batteries ect and given out many cards over the last 5 months. Don't know if anyone has jumped on board yet. Bottom line is that you gotta want to quit.
