I never had that happen, and I use cools a lot. I fill using the condom method, so it soaks all the batting.

I threw them away when it happened . sorry m...i should have sent them to you to dissect in your lab
If it happens again i will .Both came from same box and were that goldish copper color cool carts .

Gold CoolCarts......will take a peek at them tomorrow. Sometimes these take awhile to wick when first filled. Spinning can help and letting sit for awhile helps even more.
I see you haven't had any problems for 6-7 months so you must be filling them properly.
Haven't really seen any problems myself and I use CoolCarts exclusively.....but I will take a peek at current stock.

Edit: I use coolcarts mostly as well (Usually green) And I only had 3 burn out in the 2 years or so I been vaping.

cool ....yes as i said only 2 in all this time .But as you can see ,not just me .
I knew youd look into it .They were in my last large shipment of 9/30/11 .
I'm not worried .
