Cool Carts - New Passthru

I recently ordered a new passthru due to my original from over a year ago is getting a little iffy in operation. The new Cool Carts will not thread completely onto the new passthru, whereas the older premium carts do. This is my second "new" one, I had to get a replacement for the first due to sticking auto switch (on & off) and loose wiring. Is anyone else noticing this and is there a fix?

Very easy fix. Unplug your passthru, take some fine grit sandpaper and twist it around the threads on the passthru lightly. Test fit a 'problem' carto, and repeat until it screws on snugly as it should.

Takes about 10 seconds, and works perfectly.

Works like new money - thanks much... nail file in the desk drawer for me.
