So I finished my first week with a Cool Fire 2 and thought I'd chime in. It's a decent APV for sure. It's insanely "low key" feature wise which I like. Dial for VW settings and a button that's it. Swappable battery a big plus. Works with 510 and Ego. My favorite thing though is it is VERY comfortable to hold. Interestingly one thing I like about it is also a con. It's HEAVY. Which is great on my desk, less likely to get knocked over. But carrying it around all day would prob get on my nerves. I did notice that it does appear to check the resistance every time you fire which is a good/annoying thing. When I fire it it does fire immediately but about .5 seconds into the drag you'll here the PWM kick start up. I can only guess it starts at min wattage and once it's read the resistance it kicks up to the selected wattage.

Ergonomically very comfortable
Bottom Heavy
"Conversation Started" AKA Grenade look
Cons:

The 3 color battery level light is very dim and hard to see outdoors
