It doesn't matter which mode you choose to run your Coolfire in. You can choose either one. I usually run in wattage mode.

When first starting out with a new "well primed" coil, turn you voltage/wattage down. Take a few hits, bump it up, couple more hits. Repeat until you find your "sweet spot". If your vape starts to taste burnt, dial it back down.
