So you went for an authentic then?
Yes. I'll be putting it through its paces tonight. The guys at my local B+M are solid, and suggested it. A few of them were using one as well so I asked a few questions, liked what I heard and walked out with one.

I've been playing with mine trying to duplicate the problem.
Is it possible the delrin block is shifting when you tighten it all up?
That would cause an intermittent vape.
Same thing with a loose battery under the 510.
Very possible. I noticed right off the bat that the delrin plate was very loose. It will fall out when turned over. Definitely shifts when I secure the bats.

That could be the culprit.
It might be shifting just enough to affect the connection.
That's the only way I could get mine to start acting weird like yours.

Very nice, post some pics. I was looking at the Mizrah but went for the Nookie V2 instead. Mizrah next time maybe.

It's as likely as anything else from what I can tell...between the loose screws, wobbly delrin plate, buss bar not staying on screws very well. Not even sure how I would tighen up the delrin plate...though I was clamping the batteries tight and still having inconsistent firing. At this point, chalk it up to my first truely bad experience in this game (and I know others who've had far worse. At least it didn't short out a batteries.) and a loss of 50 bucks. With only one battery supply the power for coils made for two, that could have been a real issue.

I'm going to do another test fire tonight with a single battery and see if I can figure out which side is working.
My money is on the left side, under the atty, if it looks anything like the one in this pic. That loose strap has almost no coupling to the right battery... maybe a square millimeter of surface area instead of what should be a square centimeter? Is this guy missing a jam nut somewhere? No way they could have intended for it to flop around like that. I'd find a way to fit one.

Yeah, right under the fire button, the buss bar slips. Mine is not that extreme, but it definitly has that problem. That said, i did try putting a washer there, once under, once over the bar..in both cases the mod auto fires. So no go.
