Cool Fire v not working correctly

My cool fire 4 has developed a fault this morning.

When plugged in to charge with the bottom switch turned to the off position it just flashes between red, amber, green continuously. With bottom switch turned to on position it moves to green and the lcd screen goes blank (as if charging). But once it has been removed from charger it will not turn on? Any one got any ideas please, any help appreciated.

Welcome and glad you joined. Could also try three additional avenues of inquiry:
Local vape shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
