help! kamry x6 not working!

I've had the kamry x6 for about a month now and yesterday it stopped working. I was using it and it was fine. Then it flashed red 3 times. I was baffled because I charged it the night before. I put it on the charger and it's red like it's charging but never turns green. It just continues to flash red 3 times. I tried pulling up the pin in the middle thinking it just wasn't touching to catch a charge but that didn't help. Any suggestions on what's going on? Or how to fix this?

I have one, it hasn't died yet. But these type batteries are not always long lasting. I keep several in my "toolbox" because I know at some point they will all bite the dust.
