Hey all;
So, I received my order of blanks the other day, ordered me 4 boxes of the Premium blanks I absolutely love, in black of course (looks so sexy against the chrome batts), and upon filling my second and third ones last night, I noticed something interesting: there appears to be a large difference in the amount of filler material between the carts. Is this a normal thing?
Example: The first batch of premiums I ever bought from V4L seem jussst right, each having the same amount of filler, and coming within 1-2mm from the point where the bottom of the little rubber plug should be when inserted. A day or so after I got my cartos, I got the bright idea to pop the top off of a watermelon carto that V4L threw in with an order, and there was MUCH MORE fill, I bet I got 25 drops into it on a refill! It even had more snap-n-pop! Well, until I beat the crap outta it with my high-VG CinnaBomb, anyways...
Anyways...The ones I filled last night...They had substantially less filler in them, and I was only able to fit *maybe* 14 drops into them without flooding. So, here's what I wanna know:
-Is it normal for all cartos to have drastic variations in filler amounts?
-Does this variation affect performance normally? (those low-filler cartos *really* had to be "broken-in"...Those two haven't started performing good until today, about 4 fills later. All my other cartos so far have started out being super-powered and taper off with time and usage)
-How much longer are the CoolCarts when compared to a Premium blank, millimeter-wise? I ask because I wanna know if/how I'm gonna get them to fit into my PCC slots. I just ordered a whole bunch of them (5 or 6 boxes, don't remember which) since V4L was outta black premo's. Worst case, I smell a PCC mod coming up! Go team Dremel tool!
-How is the vapor output experience with these, also compared to the V4L premiums, and even standards for that matter?
Thanks, and happy vaping everyone!
