Hi guys,

I have a Protank 2 Mini with 2.5 coils perched on the end of a bog standard Evod 650mah battery and I'm looking for the coolest vaping juice available here in the UK.

I'm a pretty heavy smoker rolling 100g plus of Drum a week and pretty determined to give it all up, but so far I am seriously struggling. My extremely limited experience of liquids so far are with Dekang (70pg/30vg) RY4 (totally disgusting) and their menthol at 24 nic. However, both seriously irritate my throat WITHOUT inhaling so I'm looking for some alternatives.

I'm really not at all interested in throat hit or clouds of vapour, I'm just looking for something to start me on the road to recovery! Is there a particular juice which you experts might recommend to give me the maximum delivery with minimum irritation?

At this very early stage I'm really not looking at changing my hardware - just changed my Evod Glass1.5 to the above - so all suggestions more than appreciated.

Thanks again guys,

Malc

If you are willing to order from an ETA country I suggest checking out e-vaper.pl, really good and cheap liquids, haven't had one I don't like except 555, but my fiancée loves that one. I personally order Copsa flavors and base liquids from Pink-Mule as I love liqourice-based flavors and Copsa really nails those.

Copsa flavors: http://pink-mule.com/E-Liquid-all/Aromas-Essences-Flavours/My-Juice-By-Copsa-Made-In-Denmark

Bases: http://pink-mule.com/NICOTINEBASE-VPG-6-MG-40-5-ML

For other strenghts change the X to your preferred nicotine content(0, 6, 12, 18, 24): http://pink-mule.com/NICOTINEBASE-VPG-X-MG-40-5-ML

E-Vaper.pl: http://evaper.pl/en_US/index?currency=EUR

Edit:

Good liquids from Copsa:
Pretty much all of them if you like liquorice and the other flavors (cherry, peach, absinthe etc.)
Testing is the key, 50ml for 11€ isn't bad but shipping from pink-mule is costly (15-16€) so be prepared to test a lot of different liquids, the Don Key line is good also.
All Copsa and Don Key liquids require steeping though (get hot water from a tap and set the mixed liquids with the bottles closed in it, just remember that the hot water you use is not so hot that you can't keep your finger in it for long periods of time, something close to 60 degrees celsius should be warm enough :)

Good liquids from e-vaper.pl:
Pitahaya
RY4
Watermelon
Blackcurrant
+ few others, don't remember them atm :/ just test, 1dl for 27€ including shipping isn't that bad
The liquids from e-vaper don't need any steeping and are ready to use straight from the bottle, just get few needle bottles or syringes and blunt needles as the bottles don't have a dripper top.

Give it time, Sizzers.

You've effectively downgraded the power of your e-cig (by going 1.5 to 2.5) and you can't cut your Nicotine really... not on 100g a week.

What you need is some higher VG liquid and more gentle flavours, and to acclimatise yourself. The early days are tricky... vaping is harsh when you start, some of us kind of eased into it with crappy E-Lites and stuff.

You might also consider upping your nic level. 100 grams of drum a week is pretty heavy smoking and while most people see 24mg nic as pretty high I suspect you might need higher levels - maybe 36mg to start - even though you'll get a bigger throat hit from it, so as suggested above go for a higher VG level to smooth it out. Perseverance is the thing - we all have tried many things before we hit on what's right for us.
