I have made a 8 wrap dual coil on my limitless rdta and wicked it using kbeevapes wire (ss316L / 26gauge) and wicked it with cotton from geekvape (koh gen do).
i am trying to achieve a successful temperature control however i am failing to do so with the coolfire iv tc100 unit.
the coil is separated and reads to be 0.25ohms.
i set the temperature to be at 400F and the wattage ramp up to 50watts.
however, when i held down the fire button the unit doesnt cut off at all. it just keeps going and going and going until it reaches 15 seconds.
if i were to take the lid off the limitless after about 5 or so seconds i can clearly see the leg start to turn red. after-which the wick lit on fire.
the same thing above on the rx200 howerver the rx200 doesnt let that happen. it cuts off and resumes thereby saving the cotton and coil.
is there a problem with ss tc on the coolfire iv tc100?
cause it sure as hell isnt working for me ...
