I finally got my penny clone in the mail today...and it has no centre pin lol.

Any idea where I can order one that has fast delivery?

I've been to the two b&m's in town and they don't have any....

A model shop sells copper rods, the size you want, if you can find a good one. You need some silicone or something for isolation.

Or, now tha my brain is working a bit more, find a vape shop online that sells 510/ego attachments, for DIY modders, and get one with a non fixed center pin. madvapes, for an example, or 100 others, or...
