Copper Tape Voltage Drop Fix

I thought more about this....would this be EXTREMELY dangerous if over time or even if the adhesion of the copper tape to the mod is weak..... If the copper tape makes contact with the +/- of your battery wont it short it out? Sounds pretty dangerous to me, or is it all in my head?

i saw this yesterday on a vape blog. Does anyone know if the width of the copper tape matters? I see it in like 1/4' , 3/16, 7/32 etc. I would guess the wider it is, the better it is? And does quality matter with these? Like a 5 dollar generic roll vs a 15$ brand name roll?

i got 7/32 100 feet from Hobby Lobby.

Dude I've been wanting some thin copper to try on my telescopic threads instead of noalox. Never dug in to find a source for it, Thanks for the heads up.

We've tried this and it does make a bit of difference with minimizing voltage drop. We weren't able to find the copper tape at our local hardware stores, so it was ordered online.

Tried it on a King Mod and a Nemesis mod. Using 18650s and dual coil RDAs. Noticeable difference.
