Copperhead Prototype

Been working on a prototype for about a week now, first version was "ok" but needed work.. so here's the first released pics of the first prototype that I'll be testing for the next few days.

It runs on a protected 18650 3.7v 2400mAh battery with a 808d cartomizer connector.

Dimentions are 5" long and just under 1" diameter

Going to test it for a little bit and send out a prototype or two to have others review.

I call it The Copperhead. Mainly because, well, its copper.

The entire thing is hand made.. only tools used are a bench grinder for polishing, a dremel, and a drill. That being said, even the final version will have imperfections and will be far from perfect, but I think it gives it that "custom" feel and makes each one unique.

If so 0.3A ain't gonna cut it for long, your cartomizers will be pulling 4X that.

No, thats not the switch I used.. I used to be a installer for circuit city (until they went bankrupt and I got laid off), but the switches are from a car alarm that I collected.
