Is there a way to adjust the 510 on the Coppervape?
"To remove a gap you'll see two dots under the 510 inserts. Get two small rods(like glasses screw drivers) to turn the insert counter clockwise to lower the Atty”
Or
“You can also place an o ring under to 510 pin to raise it for attys with very short 510's".

You can Raise it by putting an O-Ring or a piece of Shim Stock between the 510 Head and the Peek Insulator.
Thanks! Not as easy as a REO, but doable.

Got three Coppervapes from fasttech today. Solid well made inexpensive squonkers. The brass could be used as a weapon...it is heavy. I can see ordering a few for Christmas gifts...There is a couple smokers I would like to convert. At the price point these little mods surprised me...

These things are awesome , perfect size , functionality is off the charts , super reliable & built to last .

After using a day is there anyone making a updated button for the coppervape yet? This is the only weak link in a surprisingly decent mod at this price point. My button seams catchy when I push it down...a quick clean-up help this?

My first Coppervape's button had a little bit of a Break-in period.

A Good Cleaning followed by a Very Small amount of Grease on the Button Shaft probably wouldn't hurt either.

Is it possible to squonk 100% vg or will it be to thick?
You would probably need a wide bf pin , todo so an warm ish vg liquid to make it a little more pliable , but since the coppervapes bf has a very small bf feed , i think you might struggle a bit , maybe

Most seem to think the button is very good , i don't think it's a weak point at all but mine is smooth as silk not crunchy at all .

Ideally i would prefer it to be slightly taller like another 1/4 inch or made of all metal not plastic . I think calling this mod just "decent" is a big injustice .

    Haven't seen alternate buttons - though I bet they'd sell a bunch!
Mine works just right, lock and all - but one advantage of this mod is that the guts are really exposed - simple and easy to do maintenance or repair.
    Have you
    a) Checked that the bottle is seated and on all the way? The bottle interplays with the pin which the button's flexing against - it neads to be on fully or the button gets hinky
    b) unscrewed (from below), removed button, poked around, and reassembled? I don't know what to look for but it's worth looking and easy enough even for me (I hate disassembling things), lol.

Funny you said that Train...I just disassembled the button assembly and firing plate from the 510. The button had a burr on the stem that i cleaned up with a exacto knife and it is working much smoother now. Have a machine shop at my disposal... I may have to take the button from the parts kit and see what I can come up with.
