Hand check Coppervape which arrived a few minutes ago. Popped on the NarDA I'd already built (haven't tried the included atty yet) and it's working great. Already love it. :)

Have you tried the included atty yet?

The "silver" is just the bare fine-brushed aluminum, no coating. Big upside is you can make look like new with little effort when you accumulate the inevitable scuffs and scratches. I stripped the plaint off my white original DripBox for that reason. :)

My coppervape came with the Old Style rda. And it was kinda a Train Wreck. I haven't tried the New Style rda like is shown in this Picture.

That's the one I mean. I might be wrong about it. We'll see.

I'm really spoiled already by NoPity. The bottom air works great on it, vape is fantastic, and I never see a drop on the outside. Got a second one along with the Coppervape today. Gonna try a single coil build on it.

I've got a NoPity in transit. As well as a Yuri RDA. I'm Hopeful that the NoPity will work well with a Ginormious Single Coil.

BTW - The Movkin JC25-RDA is not a bad RDA. And it Fits and Looks Great on the Coppervape.

Good to know about these two. We might be comparing notes on the single NoPity. If you don't like the big single on it, try small dual coil. That's a proven build for me at ~.5 ohm.

Took me a couple of builds on NarDA to start getting the most out of it. I think you said you tried diagonal and straight across the post. Me too, and the latter has worked best for me, with the coil raised pretty high. It's a little spitty and picking the right DT makes a big difference. Gonna try a smaller longer SS coil next, also straight across the posts.

To be Honest with you, I wasn't Head Over Heals impressed with the NarDa when I first got it.

It was OK. And the Flavor was Good but not Great. And the Stupid Slotted Screws bugged me. I'd kinda Shelved it and moved onto other RDA's. Then the Phillips Heads screws I'd order for it arrived.

And by then I had learned a lot from Experimenting with other RDA's like the Stumpy and the Hobo v3. Placing the Coil Higher (and for me) on a Slight Diagonal with a 26ga .6 Ohms NiChrome 80 build made the NarDa pump out the Flavor.

And you are Right about trying different Drip Tips making a Difference.

Hmmm. I wasn't getting quite the flavor on the diagonal, but it was a full diagonal aligned with the juice wells, not a slight diagonal.

I'm vaping Hobo 3.1 right now on Coppervape, single coil with the post rotated around 45 degrees, also ~.5 ohm. Really nice and not spitty at all with the coil slightly off center.

A full diagonal Didn't work well for Me on the NarDa. I got a lot of Spit Back doing it that way. And the Flavor wasn't as good as if I used a Slight Diagonal.

BTW - I use Muji Cotton Pad with a Non-Split End Wick. And have my BF Pin Flush with the Positive Post

Well, sounds like you have NarDa dialed in to your tastes. :thumb:

I was doubtful about that atty when i got mine, but decided to try it,and it actually works really well.Sure,if you over sqounk it will leak, but i just pull the cap and watch to make sure the juice level doesn't go over the air holes. The thing puts out really good flavor too.I run it with just the bottom air open,i have the higher holes closed off.

Thanks, good to hear. That's how I want to use it, bottom air only. Look forward to trying it now. :thumb:

Really? The two are interchangeable?

Yes, same exact pin ... well, tbh I haven't pulled one from the new atties to double check the length but they look to be exactly the same as the ones in the earlier atties so I assumed. I know that could get me in trouble but I still figure the odds are pretty good. :)

Actually I like it better with the patina.

I haven't tried the new atty that came with the 2nd batch yet. I treated it the same way as the kanger dripbox atties too, especially since I had 2 Nuppins, 2 Nardas and 2 M Atties arriving in the mail around the same time I got my coppervapes. Besides I didn't think highly of the DT with the spitback protection. But it seems it is reasonable if you go through the learning and trial and error curve.

I forgot about that part of the drip tip,i didn't like it at all,but i did like the look and size of the drip tip,so i took my dremel with a cutoff wheel, and cut that little splash guard thing off the bottom of both of mine. They work great after that modification.
