I also prefer the coppervape due to it's size & shape, but must also include the ease of refilling, greater bottle capacity, & the squonk hole placement.

Being new & different, but not too different, may also be to Coppervape's advantage. I only have 3 CVs to 9 Reos.

I have a Reo but ordered one of these for the price
Love the reo and its made to last for many years but its expensive
Thanks LarryPer

i use my coppervapes much more than i do my reos. personally, i prefer the shape and size of the coppervape over my reos. note that i am not a subohm (generally) nor a dual coil vaper tho.

Just ordered one. Got another Velocity 2. My Fav Atty.

I agree. If you were a sub-ohm or dual coil vaper Coppervape would be the better choice anyway.

After reading the entire thread.( well almost all) I am finding myself wanting to order one. Any Reo users have a opinion on how they compare.
I am a full time Reo user.

I got rid of my REO Grand a while ago. And I never argue with REO fans. ;) But if authentic REOs were this price and I had to choose only one, I would pick Coppervape. In terms of size, shape, window position, and atty compatibility, the comparison is obvious from pictures and specs. Less obvious, the switch design and bottle handling is superior on the Coppervape. Only functional advantage I see for REO is you can change the battery faster.

I like the second style of Coppervape atty ok.

As a kit atty, it's got no business being as good as it is. The Dripbox kit atty, for example, is a toy by comparison IMO.

no. i did not like either style that came with them. using a rogue on one, velocity mini on the other.

To each his own. Ranks higher with me than either of those. Granted, I prefer bottom air and I'm not a all a fan of top air, Rogue or any other I've tried.

Had a nice little black Coppervape mod waiting on me when i got home today,so my set is now complete haha.I have the bare aluminum and brass both with the new style rda,and my black one has the first style rda with the glass in it.I have to say, both styles of rda are very nice,i kinda like the glass windows so i can see when my coils will need to be dry burned haha. It's the same base in both, just different top caps.

Checking back in...

Still loving both of my coppervapes. The ALU just got a sanding and almost mirror polish in anticipation of my O-16 clone coming this week (grumble/ should've been here already, step up your game ISC NY /grumble)

Can't wait until someone figures out a nice alternative button. I've been fiddling around and almost got a PS2 controller X button to work but gave up.

On a side note: Does anybody know where I can get a damn Peko nowadays? I'm depressingly late to the squonk game and they're so pretty...

After reading all the good things on this thread, I ordered a brass model from Fasttech about 12 days ago along with some extra bottles. The order got split into 2 shipments. The bottles got here last Friday, and the mod finally hit Chicago today. I'm really anticipating the arrival of the mod. It's my first squonker, and I want to find out what all of this is about.

Come on, USPS. Get on the ball !!!

You're gonna love it! Bummer that the mod didn't come first :/

There is one in the classified w/Derringer RDA (Not mine)

Verification Request submitted. Hopefully that Peko is still waiting for me there when I get in

Ehhhh...no big deal, I'm a patient person, usually. I had to order some kind of atty for it anyway, and didn't have a clue. I wound up getting an Aspire Quad Flex. Found a thread about it over on the RTA forum yesterday and it looks to be a good choice (I think).

The deck layout is indeed the same on both atties however the diameter differs slightly; the one with the glass windows is a few mm less. Not a big deal of course and you might even be able to get the new top cap to work on the old base but probably not vice versa.
