Same here. The way this thing is build it´s logical that it floods after refilling if you don´t hold it upside down: when you refill, you close the JFC and open the top cap. After refilling, you have to put the top cap back on and press it DOWN quite a bit (at least 1 mm) over the nut to get a seal and be able to turn the JFC again. This generates instant air pressure on the tank. Now if you open the JFC again the only way this pressure can escape is are the liquid holes at the bottom, flooding the chamber. On the Kayfun V5 for example the top cap design us much better: the threads have holes to let the air get out while screwing down the top cap. The seal is made ONLY AT THE VERY LAST turn, generating nearly no pressure on the tank.
On the positive side, this thing has never given me gunky/dark liquid reflow and the wicking lasts forever. Been vaping almost 10 tanks with the current setup and still tastes great.
