I don't know if this is a good price, or if I could have bought it somewhere cheaper.
I couldn't seem to find anywhere in Winnipeg to buy it.
I found a website called vancityvapour to get e cigarettes from.
Would be good if people could list other websites you can buy e cigarettes from
in Canada, so people won't have to go through the internet hell I went through
trying to find one.

Cat,

Try the Forum Suppliers link at the top of this page. All are reputable suppliers, or are banned from advertising here on ECF, as far as I know.

There are even a couple in Canada in there. The price seems really steep, unless the us/can currency rate is really bad again. I don't really keep up with that.

The genuine Joye ego-t kits seem to sell for an average of ~US$70. I've seen them on sale for as low as US$40 on one site. But, if it gets you vaping and off analogs, I'd still say it's worth it, and now you'll have something to vape while you shop for you next purchase at leisure :)

As far as I'm aware you can get eigs imported into Canada as long as there's no nicotine in the package. Just the ecig is ok but if there's prefilled carts/cartomisers they could seize it.

The egoT looks kinda pricey. Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Joye eGo You could get just the ecig a lot cheaper I think and if you ask the supplier to make sure there's no nicotine in the package it should make it to you through customs.

There could be better places in Canada for ecigs but a lot of people get their gear from libertyflights. You could ask in the Canada sub-forum but I think that's pretty pricy for an EgoT and because there's nicotine ejuice being shipped with it, it has a chance to be seized.

I bought my ego kit from cignot also. They're a bit on the pricey side for some things, and the selection is pretty limited, but the service was fantastic. I prefer batts to a passthrough myself. I like having my pv with me where ever I go instead of being tied to a usb cable. For $85 I got the ego kit with 2 650 mAh batts and a pcc. That way, even if I run one battery out while away from home, I can still charge it on the pcc while i switch to the other battery. All a matter of personal preference, though :)

An hour after whenever you 5th post or reply was, you can post elsewhere

Here is the Canada forum. I know Canada prices are usually higher but that seems awfully high. I would expect to pay about $45 US for a kit like that at Liberty-Flights.com in the US (pressing their 20% off before shopping). but Canada vendor may need to pay more customs/fees to import wholesale into Canada.

Canada Forum

(EDIT just checked and a type B Ego T kit 650mah at Liberty-Flights.com is $52 after the 20% off which I pressed first. The Type-A kit w/ slim atty, small tanks only is under $40.)
