Taking my wife to the doctor in a small Georgia town, I have noticed tons of cotton fields that don't look like they are going to be harvested. They aren't really large fields. Has anyone used cotton right off the plant to build coils?

I wouldn't, unless I grew my own plant. Cotton farming uses the most pesticides of any crop...

True, I have no idea what has been sprayed on those fields. Maybe I should grow a few plants of my own next year. I have a little room in the back yard to set something up.

Couple plants in the backyard or in pots on a patio, is not a bad idea. You get some pretty flowers and some wicking material. The only problem with cotton off the plant is the seeds. They don't really affect the vape, but they taste real bad when you scorch them.
