I think everybody is different. I smoked for 35+ years. When I quit, it was because I had pneumonia. Following that I literally used a box of kleenex a day for almost 18 months and I'd never previously had sinus issues or allergies. I still saved money, by the way! Then one day it just stopped: my sinuses were once again completely clear, as well as my lungs. My doctor told me he'd seen all manner of combinations of symptoms or total lack thereof. If you're not coughing, or suffering from sinus-type symptoms, be thankful, you're lucky.

Were those that didnt cough up stuff have a cough before you started vaping?
I was already coughing before I started and my smokers cough was getting worse and worse. I had been smoking for 40 years and it was just in the last couple years that I started getting the smokers cough with very thick mucus. It took 17 days and it was all gone. Now I dont cough at all except when my throat gets dry. My allergies are better also, and im able to breath out of my nose more.

I did not have a cough before I quit smoking, so maybe I won't get one.

I have not noticed any of the other 'benefits' that others post about either. My smell seems the same, my taste seems the same except I do not use as much salt & I'm not breathing any different when I exert myself.

Well at least I KNOW I smell better to others and I KNOW I'm not polluting myself anymore :) It counts....right?
