I went back on cigarettes for a little while and was using the e-cig a bit to help smoke less. Now I'm back on the e-cig fully, but I notice I cough ONLY after I exhale the vapour. Its a very dry sounding cough. Does anyone else get this? Is it something worth concern?

edit: my guess is just excessive drying of the lungs, because it only happens after vaping kinda heavily (since no cigarettes). I don't think its anything to worry about. Sorry for the worry thread :p. Lock please?

Probably more throat drying than the lungs. PG can do this to me, and so can certain flavors. Not all flavors are good for inhaling. I make my own juices, and my rule is if it makes me cough a lot, don't vape it. try a couple VG juices in your next order, and see if this improves. Capellas milk chocolate toffee is a flavoring that I cannot vape. Too much nic in the throat can cause saliva to go down the wrong pipe, too, since it relaxes the throat muscles. And vaping in general can produce phlegm. But PG made me cough a lot, as well as causing other issues. Much better with VG juices.
