RooD,

Just curious are you flavoring your own juice? If not where are you getting it from? I do, on occasion, cough up the flavoring, but this mostly when using a juice that is heavy on VG. Its not necessarily bad, as if you're coughing it up that means your body is expelling any residue left behind by your juice.

Honestly speaking here.....It's just your body's defense mechanism kicking in....Not sure if it's from the juice or not....But if this continues for more than 72 hours....Stop using the juice you are currently using and see what happens after that.....And if after you switched the juice the problem hasn't gone away, defiantly go see a Doctor....

I mix my own and use 95% vg...

My flavoring is flavourart pineapple at 3% and orange at 1% this is the only mix so far to cause this.

is the flavoring you are using Oil based? Just wondering because it would make sense if you are using a oil based flavor + heavy VG for this to happen. VG is thick and i notice that VG vapor retains a lot more moisture. Maybe the VG is allowing for a build up of flavoring to make it to your lungs?
