Hi just wanted to ask a question I've been on a ecig for 7 months now I've went from 24mg to 6mg in 7 months...an only a week ago I started coughing I'm gettin a sub tank for Xmas an got new ejuice for it I put it on my old ecig an that's when the coughing started an I can't seem to shift it now can any1 give me advice ?? Sounds like the new juice is the culprit. Does it have higher nic or PG content? Either would up the throat hit.
Hello, I've ran into this same thing before. In my case it was the nic was higher than I was use to.I'm not a fan of the throat hit. Hope you get it straightened out!
Hi I'm im using a ego at min with new cool an 6mg of ejuice my new ejuice oil is 6mg also but for a subox nano

couple quick items - do you know what the ohm rating on current coil (in ego rig) is?
and do you know what the pg and vg ratios in your juice(s) are? typically, a higher pg level has more throat hit, higher vg level is smoother
(for the sake of semantics, i tend to avoid referring to my eliquid or juice as 'oil' as there is nothing oil based in there - that would be a BAD thing to vape)

I don't think it's my juice I've been using for the past 7 months think it's the new juice I got for my subox Nano
understood - but the pg and vg ratios of the NEW juice compared to the OLD juice may be the issue... for example, i tend to vape a 70% vg juice and use exclusively sub ohm coils - for me, smoother vape
I havnt got my new subox yet but got the juice for it strange Ino I'll figure out wot percentage an all once I get it.. At min I'm using a ego with 6mg of juice once Xmas comes I'll b using my new subox with 6mg of juice but will have to figure out wot percent to use it at thanks again for ur help
gotcha - but your pg and vg ratios would actually be listed on the juices - have nothing to do with the device, other than what works best with them
Tbh I don't know it doesn't say abou oh vg ratios all it says is 6mg nic it says it contains vg pg but I dunno how much
The new juice is 60vg an 40 pg but not sure on the other juice I've got
Some juices have a larger throat hit even at the same pg vg ratios. You may have an allergy to some of the flavorings.
I think it's just I've bought the juice for my subox nano an mixed it with my other juice in my ego just can't wait to get my subox for Xmas on like a big kid haha
If the pg/vg ratio is not listed on your bottle of eliquid, you can try contacting the vendor that you buy it from to ask what the pg/vg ratio is. I have done this a few times, with several vendors, and found that the vendors are usually quite willing to let me know the pg/vg ratio.
I just ordered the Subox Mini kit for my daughter's boyfriend, and am waiting to put in an eliquid order until I can get feedback from him and my daughter (I got her the Innokin VV V3) to see if I need to change pg/vg ratios and/or nicotine levels. The boyfriend usually vapes 0 nicotine, my daughter usually uses 18 mg nicotine. I usually try to order 50/50 pg/vg, but there are a couple of vendors that we enjoy that sell 60 vg/40 pg or 70 vg/30 pg. My daughter and her boyfriend got me a CoolFire 4 (I have to wait till Christmas to try it) and some eliquid at 6 mg nicotine (I usually vape 12 on my Kanger Evod 650 mah battery with Evod Glass clearo and 1.5 or 1.8 ohm dual coils.
You may need to do some experimenting until you find what works for you. When we switched from cigalikes to Evods, we had to cut way back on the pg before we got to the "sweet spot" for us. The higher pg that was fine for us with the cigalike cartos was much too harsh for us with the Evods. When we switched from using Kanger single coils to Kanger dual coils with our Evod Glass clearos, I was constantly bugging my daughter to let me know how things were going, in case any adjustments in nicotine or pg/vg needed to be made.
The time between Christmas and New Year's will be another one of those times when I am bugging the heck out of both of them, and myself, to see if I need to make any adjustments before I order eliquid, since we all have new equipment for the holidays.
I hope you enjoy your new equipment and find the "sweet spot" for you as far as eliquid is concerned.

I tryed the juice in the shop b4 I bought it with the subox the other day but I've been mixing it with my other juice which I've been on for 7 months in my ego think it's just meant to vaped on its own coz I was fine till I mixed it lol think I've just had to much of it mixed 2gether so sticking to my other juice till I get my subox then put the new juice In but still coughing lol could b a mixture of the juice an a cold working on me ffs nightmare an this time of year to colds an flus r going around like wildfire !!
