The past few days I have noticed that I can sometimes feel my pulse in my head (I guees that the best way to describe it) It is not painful or anything so I doubt its a headache, which it could be because I have never had a headache in my life. I am thinking maybe high Blood Pressure or something, I don't know, but the reason I attribute it to vape is because I only experience this while vaping or shortly after. I am 26 year old male, I am maybe 10lbs overweight but I don't exercise at all and my diet is poor (work at a desk all day and I always eat out). The only time I ever got sick was last year, pneumonia, this is what lead me to quiting smoking with the ecig, I have been smoking ecig around 60 days..Was a 3 pack a day smoker..Vaped 36MG at first but now I am down to 8MG....I never fully recovered from pneumonia untill I quit smoking, after switching my breathing almost instantly turned back to normal, I don't use any drugs or take any medications but I do sometimes drink ETOH on the weekends (1-6 beers in the evening).

I am going to the doctor soon to get a basic checkup, let me know what you guys think...

Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor. It elevates both heart rate and blood pressure. In doing that, you might indeed become aware of blood pulsing through your head, near your ears. It's not a huge warning, or anything, but is evidence the nicotine is in your blood stream and doing its thing -- which, long-term, makes you a candidate for hardening of the arteries, stroke and heart problems.
