I have been vaping pretty heavily for over a year now. A few weeks ago I started getting these really weird headaches. I say weird because they come outta nowhere and I get them in different areas of my head. Sometimes it's the front, sometimes it's the back and other times it's at the top of my head. When I get these headaches it's usually coupled with severe anxiety. Especially when my headache is at the back of my head, almost where my neck begins. I have been getting these headaches almost on a daily basis now.

I'm not sure if my ecigs are causing this because sometimes I get the headaches even when I'm not vaping. Does anyone else have symptoms like this?

Ok I tried something new today. I did not vape at all today and used analogs instead just to test my theory of the ecigs causing my headaches and anxiety. I don't want to get too excited because it could just be a coincidence. But today is the first day in months I didnt get a severe headache and I didn't get an ounce of anxiety. I feel like a whole new person. I'm so happy but nervous at the same time because I'm worried I might get migraines and anxiety tomorrow and if that's the case then I have no idea what is causing it. But so far so good. Not only that, but today I had the most energy I have had in months. Perhaps I was vaping too much? Are headaches, anxiety, and loss of energy signs of too much nicotine??

I think it's unlikely that it's the e-cigs, I have also suffered from migraines, severe anxiety etc for over 10 years. Since I started vaping I have had 1 headache which was cured by 1 Tylenol. I vape either 24mg or 32mg nic as I was a pretty heavy smoker.

That said I haven't been vaping for as long as you have.

I'd also suggest seeing a Dr as the sudden onset of migraines and anxiety could be serious (and even if it is aggrevated by vaping there is probably an underlying issue that needs to be addressed).
