I've been on the vapourlites look-a-likes for a while now at 16mg, and everything's been going great.

The other day I decided to stock up on my cartomizers, and for the past couple of weeks I've been toying with the idea of lowering my nic level. I went down to the 11mg yesterday morning, and it is now empty. On the 16mg, I was taking 2-3 days on each cartomizer.

What do you guys think. Could it be because I'm conscious that it contains less nic, so I'm vaping more?

Doubt it. Nicotine is a strongly addictive cns stimulatent and has a massive impact on the dopaminergic system.

I vape 6mg.

Accidentally vaped some 11mg this mornign and my heart started pounding, I felt like gagging and my heartbeat was ringing in my ears as well as a pounding / pulsing in my neck just under my ears.

As for 'all in the mind' science has now shown us beyond doubt that the brain is the seat of the concept and subjective experience we call 'mind.'

So yeah, your brain was getting less nic than it's used to and wanted more so you gave it more.

When I started vaping it was with 18 mg. juice from a supplier. After a few weeks I started DIYing at 12 mg. I also noticed an increase in the amount of juice that I was using, especially early in my day. I suppose it is just a matter of getting used to less nic. I'm not concerned though I know after a couple of weeks I'll have tapered back down to my previous levels. My target is to get to about 8 mg. in the morning and 6 mg. for evenings. Those are just arbitrary targets that I have set for myself and are subject to change. The important thing to me is that after 50 yrs. of being a tobacco user I no longer am.

Me and my mum both vape and she said to be at the start she would eventually like to go to 0% nicotine. I DIY our liquid by the 30ml and every time i refill her bottle i give her 1mg less. In a few months when she asks me to lower her nic level i will be able to tell her shes been vaping 0% for a few weeks :)

Maybe I'm evil or maybe I'm a genius...I haven't figured that out yet :p

Don't Break the Spell!

When she asks to Lower the Nicotine, just Smile and say... "OK, I think you're Ready". And then keep giving Her the 0mg.
