Hey All!

I am hoping someone might be able to help me find some "510 Auto Stick Battery 380 mah" I really prefer the "blu" style of e-cigs but cannot see to find the batteries and of course the Blu Manufacture's batteries aren't worth a flip. Granted I have limited knowledge and hope I am asking for the right type of battery. These are 4 inches long, have the 510 style threads and most are automatic, meaning no button to push. If you know where I can purchase these, please let me know.

Thanks in Advanced!

I haven't used these, but it's a well-respected vendor, who develops innovative products (great cartomizers, for example).
They built this "Super Cig" which is automatic. It's "one step up" from a 510 battery, in that it is EGO sized. You do need an Ego charger for it - same shape as a 510 charger, but it's a different charge speed...

That means it's a little fatter, but will last a LOT longer. The EGO threading has BOTH a 510 connection, and an EGO connection - so you'd have some flexibility to also step up to a small tank if you wanted to...

There are not a lot of automatic devices around...

Here is an automatic. It is not 510, but it is what I started on, and the price is right. Volt Battery & Battery Accessories The 808 format is just about the only competitor to the 510 left. They have a respectable lineup of beginners' stuff-- at the time I started they didn't have half as much as they have now.

not familiar with how the automatics work..is it from the inspiration that makes it fire?

can you turn it off? (I had my first ghost firing in my pocket with the Innokin vv, I guess it got clicked three times) and HOLY C@#P that hurt..OUCH hot hot..what is that!! ..OH OOPS *lol*:p

and good luck Nan, have you tried other vapes? you're the first person I've seen that liked the ciggalikes more than say a eGo/Cartimizer type set up..I'd tried the blus, no vape and ten minutes later I wanted a ciggie or two.

Yeah, the first draw turns it on. Just very basic beginner's stuff, few people are able to quit smoking using them. I was, but I am an exception. No mechanism to absolutely turn it off, no button with five clicks. You end up having four of them on chargers, waiting for you to run out on charge on the one you are using. Most people quickly advance to something else.

nope you can't turn them off;
and last year when I used to use them, I'd seen them autofire, presumably due to breeze/wind blowing, and that told me I'd best use something else.

They work by some kind of pressure switch inside them

Both my husband and I have been smoke free since January using the "blu" style, We started on cartridges with 18 nicotine and worked down to currently no nicotine. I found some of the batteries and they have the button that has to be pushed as one takes a hit. I was looking for the ones that have no button they are activated when you drawl.

I found what I was looking for at SmokTech. Thanks Everyone!
