Hi I sent you a couple of messages a few days ago but haven't heard anything back could you check your emails.

This email address bounces with a permanent failure message - this is the email address from your shipping & returns page.

Not sure why the emails you are sending are bouncing back, I check and answer customer service emails every single day, just checked again and have received no email from you. Believe me, I am not trying to avoid answering an email from a customer, and others here who have emailed me would certainly attest to the fact that I am quick with answering emails and problem resolution. I am sending you a PM to give you alternate contact info. I am anxious to hear from you.

Thanks for getting back with me - just got home & saw your PM as soon
as I logged in. Sent an email & included the original & failure headers so you can get your hosting to check for problems.

Tried to reply to your PM but it didn't seem to take - maybe I need more posts before I can do PM's


I did get your email on the alternate address I provided you and have responded. On the left of the front page of my site, I have a "contact us" link that is a form for customer service, did you give that a try? I contacted my support person at the hosting company and we tested the form several times today and each email got through, so I am kind of perplexed on this one.

I used the form first & got redirected to the frontpage, then I manually sent emails to customerservice & info.

The time & ip are in the copy of the failure I just emailed you, maybe there was a temporary problem - at least the timestamp should allow the hosting company to look through logs at the specified times.

Maybe it was my gremlin day LOL

I also never received a reply to my question that I sent several days ago. Perhaps you should have someone test your system? Anyway, I wanted to purchase your KR808D-1 starter kit and a few other items but you only seem to offer the high density cartomizers in the kit. I really can't take that much nicotine as I use the gum currently (It'll be my first ecig. Yay!) and was never a heavy smoker to begin with so I was wondering if the low cartomizers could be substituted. Otherwise it would really be a waste because I don't know anyone who could use the high cartomizers. I would like to make a purchase soon because I'm running low on my gum so any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I received your message just fine at 6:07 est monday and replied at 11:17am and said.

The KR808D-1 kit comes with 6 starter carts all in high nic. one individual and a blister pack of 5. I dont carry or sell indiviual carts, but would be happy to swap the blister pack of 5 in whatever density you desire. Thanks.

As I said, it came through fine on this end, do you perhaps use a spam catcher that may have intercepted it? If not, I'm not sure why you wouldnt have received it, all emails are answered daily.

Just sent a quick test to the customerservice@ email again - it just bounced back - maybe worth getting a couple of others users to try?

I have and also posted a trouble ticket with my hosting company and we havent been able to replicate the problem, so for now, the best way to contact us for customer service is to use the "contact us" form on our website or for direct email info@electronic-ash.com, or by phone.
