the good thing with a claim to paypal is you have the codes for authentication that aren't saying its real, but packaged and sold as such. go and copy the sale for the items print the page with the item described as authentic so you have proof to paypal it was sold as such. do that as soon as possible so the seller doesn't change the ad.

Unfortunately he didn't post the details here first otherwise I'd have checked it and logged it here already;

BUT he did notify Kangertech, so hopefully they checked the page first

I took screenshots of the description before they changed it. I do that with just about everything, to cover myself. Even though I never expect this type of thing to happen, I try to be prepared for any possible issues that may occur.

I agree that passing off a copy, replica, or clone as an original is unacceptable. A local dealer in my area bought some tanks which were really good fakes unknowingly. He sold them as such (not original) and hats off to him. Since the price was reduced I bought several and found them fantastic!

See, now what he did was the right thing and very honorable. It sucks he was scammed too, but at least he turned it around and didn't try to do the same to others. Karma will getcha!

I know this is an older thread but I purchased a vision spinner 2 from the same seller and it seems that he as fallen off the face of the earth. Tracking doesn't work and he won't reply. Here is the tracking number and auction:
Auction: Vision Spinner 2 Variable Voltage Battery 1600 MAH 3 3V 4 8V FOR EGO Series | eBay
Tracking: RI128437893CN
What threw me off was that he has three different shipping methods listed throughout his auction and that it says 5-7 business days from China to Canada?
I opened a claim with paypal and today is the last day he has to reply so who knows...
I also have three orders from fasttech on the way so hopefully my luck will change!

If I broke any rules here please let me know and i'll fix it!
