Couple weeks, couple problems

I have a problem with 4 carts thats different I have pushed the paper up to uncover the vents I can draw on them easily but they never warm up to get a hit. Is there a fix for this? I have tried them on all my batteries and its the same thing

unless i am mistaken, it is a battery powered coil that vaporizes the liquid via heat/pressure change. so if the coil is broken it wont work, yes? unless i am wrong about that process here.
