Just to be clear, are electronic cigarettes considered tobacco products now?? If so, does this mean that these regulations apply the same to e-cigarette companies and their marketing efforts?

Im really glad to see this defeated.. the language regarding the use of color and graphics is sooo vague it could as easily be: The government also suggests that the provision is constitutional because the product it regulates is relate[d] to [an] unlawful activity, i.e., the sale of guns to gang members.
