Went to work early today. They filmed a segment for the History channel at, and next door to where my shop is. It was interesting, but disillusioning to see that all of their interviews are scripted and not real.

Almost everything on tv is scripted, and if not scripted, it is edited like crazy for drama.
Of course it's scripted. Could you imagine them interviewing me?!?! They would have to edit so much there wouldn't be anything left. Lol
Yep! Once you've seen what is entailed in filming with camera guys and gear, boom-mics, director, director of photography, sound engineers, actors, extras, lighting, screens etc etc, it makes you laugh at the "candid" drama shots in a parking lot or in the middle of the woods, huh? Takes an army to "get the shot" they're all happy with (usually after a dozen takes+!) Been on many sets myself behind and occasionally in front of the camera. TV has never been the same!

I'm finally back from my way too long road trip and my winning COV4 was waiting for me to try. Being that it's a RY4 I was expecting it to be a tobacco flavor but I was pleasantly surprised. I don't taste tobacco at all. The flavor is hard to pin point but I'd have to say it's a toasty sweet caramel. I like it, which is another pleasant surprise because I don't like any pre-made juice. Thanks again Bruce.
